What is Otofix?

Otofix is a vehicle trust and workshop platform for Oman and the GCC. You can manage vehicle records, upload Mulkiya documents, discover workshops, book service, and maintain verified service history.

How do I create an account?

Open the Otofix app or visit otofix.services, sign in with your email or phone, and complete OTP verification. Then add your profile details and register your first vehicle.

How does Mulkiya OCR work?

Upload your vehicle licence (Mulkiya) and Otofix will extract fields using OCR. Always review and confirm extracted data before saving — extraction may contain errors.

Is Otofix AI Advisor a mechanic?

No. Otofix AI provides informational automotive guidance only. It does not replace inspection or repair by a qualified workshop. For safety-critical issues, stop driving and contact a professional.

How do I book a workshop?

Browse workshops on Otofix, open a workshop profile, and submit a booking request. The workshop confirms your appointment before the visit.

How do I update the mobile app?

The app checks for updates on launch. You can also visit otofix.services/get to download the latest official APK.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page or email support@otofix.services with your full name, registered email, and phone number.
